Business Solutions Consulting, LLC (BSC) was founded in February 2003. The company is headquartered in Atlanta, GA and provides strategic professional training programs, implementation project management, and change management services for Fortune 500 companies.
BSC's first customer involved the setup, training, and support of a computer lab. This engagement allowed BSC to not only build a long-term relationship with the client, but also added value to the local community by establishing an environment for learning & development. BSC has worked with clients in various industries including Pharmaceutical, Consumer Packaged Goods, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Transportation, and Information Technology Services.
As the company evolved, the demand for change management services required greater emphasis and focus which resulted in the creation of Business Change Consulting, LLC (BCC). BCC now focuses on all change management and project management initiatives whereas BSC focuses on all training related efforts, that include skill and needs assessment, instructional design, curriculum definition & structure, content development, training delivery, and success measurements.
